I will admit that when I was younger, I drank a lot of diet soft drinks. I’ve always liked the fizz…especially during the months when it’s hot outside. But at some point, I realized I really needed to drink water and chose to give up diet soft drinks and focus on water. But in late spring and into summer, some days I still want something different. So I started making this sparkling lemonade, and it really hit the spot!
This sparkling lemonade is super simple! If you don’t have the energy to juice a lemon, that’s okay! You can use lemon juice instead! 3-4 tbsp of lemon juice equals the amount of juice in one lemon!

Ingredients
Method
- Juice the lemon.
- Place the lemon juice in a large glass.
- Add the Stevia and sparkling mineral water.
- Stir and enjoy!
Notes
You can use 3-4 tbsp of lemon juice in place of juicing a lemon!
