I love creating little spell jars. These jars are simple to make and yet help you to create powerful spells! This spell jar can help with emotional healing.
We all carry invisible wounds—heartaches we’ve tucked away, grief that lingers quietly, or anxiety that hums just beneath the surface. In a world that rarely slows down, it’s easy to ignore our emotional pain until it becomes too heavy to bear. That’s where a bit of simple magic can make all the difference.
This gentle emotional healing spell jar is a small but powerful ritual you can do at home to help release old pain and invite comfort and peace back into your heart. It’s a quiet moment of care, just for you—a way to honor what you’re feeling and begin to shift toward healing. Whether you’re grieving, feeling lost, or just in need of a little energetic reset, this spell is here to hold space for your tender heart.
Let’s gather a few soothing ingredients, light a candle, and create a jar full of intention, love, and healing energy.
Emotional Healing Spell Jar
Use for: Heartache, grief, anxiety, or low spirits
You’ll need:
-
A small jar or vial
-
Pink Himalayan salt (for cleansing and self-love)
-
Rose petals or lavender (for emotional healing)
-
A small piece of rose quartz (optional, for love and peace)
-
A slip of paper and a pen
-
White or pink candle
Instructions:
-
Light the candle to set your intention and invite healing energy.
-
On the slip of paper, write a few words about what you’re healing from (“heartache,” “anxiety,” “sadness,” etc.).
-
Place the salt, rose petals/lavender, and rose quartz into the jar.
-
Fold the paper and place it inside.
-
Seal the jar and hold it in your hands. Say:
“By salt and stone, by petal and light,
I call in peace, I call in might.
Let healing flow, release the pain,
And fill my heart with joy again.” -
Snuff the candle and keep the jar near your bed or altar.
