There are only a couple of weeks left in 2020 (woo hoo) and that means that there are only a couple of weeks to weigh-in this year. I made the decision to take some pressure off of myself over the next week and a half and not try to maintain my weight. I don’t want to feel guilty if I eat a little bit of food that I normally wouldn’t (such as a sugary treat or two). Holding onto guilt isn’t loving to myself. So it’s all about a happy medium. I will allow myself to have a treat or two, but I’m going to be intentional about not over-consuming those treats, which was a problem I had in the past…and also not very loving to myself.
