We’re almost at the two month mark since I started my “healthy me” journey! And eight weeks later, I’m just as committed to the journey as I was back in August.
Now that I’ve hit my stride, things are definitely getting easier! Healthy eating is my way of life, as is exercising daily. Yes, there are some days when I get tired and would rather sit on the couch. But I make myself get up and move!!! I’ve gotta keep loving myself to do the work, even when I don’t feel like it!
