I say this often, but so many sensitive souls don't yet understand yet. Self-care must be a regular part of your daily life. It is not a luxury, it is a necessity if you want to live a full and happy life! So far in love with taking care of yourself. You'll have so much more to give to others when you do!
What can you do if you’re feeling stressed but you want to feel better? Getting out in nature lowers stress and calms the mind. It can help you feel better to be out where there is some green space. What if you can’t get outdoors? Looking at pictures of nature can also be soothing to the brain!
You may be very sensitive, but you are also incredibly powerful so stand strong and hold your head high! You'll need to so you can balance your tiara!
Heck yes, you are strong!!! You are so much stronger than you give yourself credit for! And you are strong enough to overcome any challenges that come your way and to create the life you want to live! Go you!
What are you waiting for? You are the only one limiting yourself at this time. You can feel that you are destined for something bigger. You feel yourself being pulled towards your soul purpose. Release the fear and step out in faith. Your guides will be there to help you, and the divine always has your back, if you'll just trust!
There is so much body hate going on nowadays. I've certainly been guilty of it myself. But when we learn to love our bodies, there is a natural desire to want to take care of them! Do you regularly take care of your body?
When you're sensitive to all of the emotional energy swirling around you, it can be easy to put up walls around your heart as a protective measure. You can release that energy in healthier ways so that you can truly be present for others.
Sometimes fear tells us that we can't do things and we allow ourselves to believe those thoughts. But fear is a liar!! So maybe it's time to tell fear to take a hike and step bravely into the belief that we can do those things that we never believed we could do before....and do them!!!
The energy of the food you eat does have an impact on your energy. High energy, whole foods tend to give you more energy, while ultra factory processed foods can leave you depleted. Eating well really does feel good!
