Herbs and Supplements

I have always been sensitive to medications. Many empaths are. Because of that, I look for natural things that can help when I’m feeling overwhelmed or stressed. Here are links to some of the herbs, vitamins, and other supplements that have helped me. These links are affiliate links. You do not pay extra for these products, but I do receive a small amount of money for recommending them to you. This helps me to pay to maintain this website.

Please be sure to do your own research on each supplement you are interested in trying. Some may not be suitable for women who are pregnant. And those with pre-existing health conditions or who are currently on medication may be advised to avoid some of these supplements!

Adaptogens help the body adapt to different types of stress. Since empaths experience more stress than other people, having things that can help reduce stress can benefit their health. They may also help to prevent the symptoms and chronic health complaints that come from a lifetime of chronic stress.

Where are you getting validation from? A message for you… When you go through a spiritual awakening it’s easy to want it to all happen quickly. But that’s not how it works. The process of alchemy takes time. It doesn’t happen instantly. Empaths are sensitive to emotional energy. But there are also other common things that they are sensitive to also! Here are a few! Yes, you ARE beautiful!!! A message for you… How often do you pay attention to how you energetically react to people, things, and activities that are a part of your daily life? Be kind…not just to others, but to yourself! As someone who is sensitive, it’s easy for the nervous system to get overstimulated during the day…especially if you’re busy. Even bright lights can be overstimulating, so I use soft lighting at night to help give my nervous system a break!
