Spring is in the air here in South Carolina and I couldn't be happier! The weather is getting warmer, it is now light later, And it feels as if the earth is coming back to life after a time of hibernation. I love this time of year! Welcome spring...I'm glad you're here! As a woman it’s not only important for me to speak words like this to myself, but to lift others up with them as well! What do you say to yourself and others? Do those words tear you down or lift you up? Be true to who you really are! That’s the most beautiful gift you can give to the world! As someone who is highly sensitive, it can be easy for me to get overstimulated. But I have a toolbox of things that I regularly do that all help me from getting too overwhelmed! What do you do to reduce overwhelm? It can be easy to feel like you should be positive all the time. But that’s not possible! You can learn to honor and release those emotions and not allow them to cause you to spiral! Are you paying attention? Be you…that’s what the world needs! A message for you… We had a beautiful day here in South Carolina! When the weather is nice I try to get out in nature. I went to a different state park to hike today. It was lovely! The perfect way to get a little self-care!
