Hi, my name is Kathy! I’ve spent a lifetime having to navigate the world as someone who is very sensitive to the energy around me. There is a lot of negativity in the world today. Negative emotions are very low vibrationally. I used to be the quintessential negative Nelly. But it took me decades to realize that I holding onto negative energy that wasn’t even mine! As a result, so much of my life just wasn’t working for me. And I wanted to learn to feel better…on purpose!
