Dr. Orloff is back with another great book for empaths. This book is meant to be used as a daily guide. It includes 365 days worth of tips and advice for empaths who may be struggling with self-care. It is a perfect book to help empaths be more intentional about making sure their own needs are being met, as well as better understanding who they are.
Sensitive is the New Strong- Anita Moorjani
Anita has a fascinating story. She got very sick and was dying. She had a near-death experience where she was shown that she wasn’t honoring her truth. When she awoke from her NDE, she recovered in record time. She is now honoring who she is as an empath. Her book gives empaths powerful tools, information, and exercises to help them navigate a world that wasn’t designed for them.
